Hemp and Raspberry Baked Oats

The baked oats:
~1/2 cup rolled oats or any oats
~2 tbsp hemp protein
~1 tbsp raw sugar
~1 tsp ground cinnamon
~1 tsp baking powder
~2 tbsp melted coconut oil
~1/4 cup plant-based milk
~2 tbsp coconut yogurt
~2 tbsp frozen raspberries

The Method:
~In a blender, blend oats into fine oat flour (sub for gluten free flour for GF)
~In a bowl, mix oat flour with the rest of the ingredients (apart from coconut yogurt & raspberries) until it just combined to form the batter
~In a large ramekin, add in half the batter, and then the yogurt & raspberries
~Add in the rest of the batter into the ramekin
~Cook in a microwave, high heat for 3 mins until a toothpick comes out centre clean
~Top up with hemp hearts
