Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Within New Zealand

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per order for the North Island or $15 per order for the South Island.

Shipping will usually take 3 – 7 working days. You will receive email updates on your product order.

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes.

Within Australia

Shipping over to Australia has a flat rate of $20 per order. At the moment we are only shipping our dry packed products such as Hemp Protein Powder, Hemp Hearts and Hemp Flour.

Shipping may take anywhere from 4 - 14 working days. You will receive email updates on your product order.

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@harvesttohand.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and an address on where to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of shipping and all items must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

After we receive your return we will assess that it's in the same condition as when we sent it and be in touch with an update on your refund or exchange.

 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
