Hemp Granola
🌿 HEMP GRANOLA 🌿
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of puffed quinoa
1/4 cup of @harvesttohand hemp hearts
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/3 cup of @harvesttohand hemp oil
1/3 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 120 degree Celsius on fan bake and line a baking tray. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, desiccated coconut, puffed quinoa, hemp hearts, chopped nuts and cinnamon. Add in the vanilla essence, maple syrup and hemp oil and mix again. Pack the granola onto a baking tray and pat down. Bake in the oven for 40 min or until golden. Take out of oven and let cool (completely). Once cool, break apart into chunks and sprinkle over the coconut chips and cocoa nibs. Serve with fresh fruit and coconut yogurt!
