100% Monofloral Manuka Honey, crafted and sourced from the picturesque Waitotara Valley.

Dylan started bee keeping with his father in 2009, when his father saw an increase in following for Manuka due to its unique health properties. Our hives are moved from the home block at Waitotara Valley to three different locations in peak season due to the high quality Manuka being produced.

 Our honey is batch tested to ensure it contains a minimum of 500mg/kg methylgyoxal (MGO). The higher the MGO present indicates a higher anti bacterial activity. The MGO is a unique antibacterial compound that isn’t found in any other honey types.

Our honey has a smooth, thick creamy texture but due to the nature of manuka honey there is the possibility for small granules to appear.
